Hooray! I love Fridays! Especially when I wake up to an email requesting More, More & More SeneGence! That came my way this morning from my customer Gail, in addition to an absolutely glowing LipSense review. The Sun is shining!

Sounds like I am surprised? Sort of!  Personally, I do not believe there are any long lasting lipsticks that compare to LipSense By SenGence International and I consider myself an authority since I have tried quite a few.
But! I am faced with a  reality check that we live in a society where everyone is sooooo busy that many do not take the additional time required for this type of nicety without some sort of  potential personal gain.

The time for change is upon us!
Hooray…Spring forward is here and now.

Who needs a calender to recognize it’s Spring? Certainly, Not Me… I have the worlds greatest customers emailing me on a daily basis in search of the  “IT” shades of lipstick to compliment the hottest color trends in fashion this season.

Count me very blessed (and Lucky) that my customers continually look to me with each new season for expert advice regarding there color cosmetics.

Have you ever wondered which shades are the top selling LIPSENSE colors?
I am asked that question on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis by both prospective new clients as well as long term customers that are hot pursuit of what they feel would be a safe lipcolor purchase.

Ah Ha! No Guess work.

My answer through the years has been in line with what I was told by SeneGence Corporate many moons ago
( I have been a SeneGence Distributor for the past 9 Years…Whew)
that the following shades are the

LIPSENSE  BY SENEGENCE TOP THREE SELLERS:

1. SheerBerry LipSense -  My description of this shade is a purple based, medium Mauve Berry for the cool toned women.  It’s Safe!
2. Dusty Rose – Not much different than Sheer Berry, except that it is a brown Mauve Berry which I still consider to be a bit cool toned.
3. Currant LipSense – Medium toned neutral rosy berry Shade which appears beautiful on both warm and cool toned woman.

The preceding always made sense to me due to the “safe” factor BUT years have gone by and
my business has obviously changed!

The following is nothing Scientific but just the cold hard numbers of Carol Clifton’s LipSense
customer purchasing habits over the past year which resulted in
My Top Selling FIFTEEN  Shades of LIPSENSE.

1. Brick LipSense – Yes! This was a surprise to me. Brick is a deep, burnt russet shade of of Red.
2. Samon – Yes! Another shocker except that I love this gorgeous medium orange coral shade that is a great layering piece for any lipsense long lasting lipstain.
3. Blu Red LipSense – No Surprise! It’s Stunning and HOT anytime of the year.
4. Beige Champagne – Light to Medium Peachy yet Neutral beige with an understated frost.
5. Sheer Berry – It is the LipSense By SeneGence #1 shade.
6. Cranberry LipSense – Don’t be fooled because this is a very Bluer Red shade.
7. Dusty Rose – Finally…Another one of SeneGence tried and true top three sellers.
8. RoseBerry – This medium cooled toned pinky, rose mauve has been gaining popularity with many of my customers over  the past several years.
9. Pink Champagne – This LipSense shade is categorized as a highlighter and generally used as the third layer to soften deeper lipcolors with a gorgeous end result.
10. Persimmon LipSense – True up and comer shade especially since Burnt Orange was discontinued. This shade is  a medium toned Burnt Russet Brown with a slight orange undertone which makes  it a staple for many of my warm toned customers.
11. Fire N Ice – Love the name of this Lipsence color because it’s racy and describes the shade perfectly. It is a dominant deeper Pink that is laced with a blue red then topped off with dusting of icy frost.
12. Fuscia – Vibrant with statement of utter confidence!
13. Sheer Pink LipSnese – Medium Pink Coral and if you asked me it is the perfect pink for the truly warmed toned woman.
14. Moca – Medium to slightly deeper warmed toned brown with a warm pink undertone.
15. Currant & Red Cherry Tied for this Revered Spot! Interesting that Currant is one of the top three and Red Cherry LipSense is a captivating, rich deep red that promises to be a winner on both cool and warm toned women.

Have you ever noticed how a simple little thing like a new lipstick, can make you feel just a little more confident? or in my case, like  completely new and mysterious woman. Well, I will admit that I wore my absolute favorite, warm toned LipSense Holiday lipcolor last night to Christmas Ornament exchange.  Yes! Ladies Only in attendance but let’s face it that would be the perfect environment for the truly critical eye.  You bet! My Holiday lipcolor for the evenings festivities met with rave reviews. It is the perfect red with a gorgeous, rich, deep hue with bronzy finish suitable for day or evening wear.

Enough with the suspense! Keeping with Kandee’s recommendation, No matter what color of LipSense I wear, the lip liner is always Dark Nude Linersense.  The shade creates a contour in a rather understated way that is suitable for most any shade of LipSense. Line slightly above your natural lip line for the maximum look of full lips and not overstated embellishment.

Did I forget to share that when you wear LipSense or LinerSense you never have to be concerned with smearing or even worse disappearing color? It stays right where you apply it from four to eighteen hours with no smudging, no smearing, no tell tale signs on your wine or water glass.
So Liberating!

I follow my liner with two layers of Red Cherry LipSense and  my final 3rd layer is Spice Ice. Such a festive name! My choice of the gloss with this shade is Sand although I always carry glossy gloss in my purse because nothing comes close to the rich moisturizing feeling of the content of shea butter in glossy. In fact, Glossy Gloss makes a perfect stocking stuffer.

Muster your best fashionista attitude and grab a pair of Stilettos (or at least the vision) prior to applying this most alluring LipSense Holiday Color Combination.
(HA! I’m crazy about the way that sounds)

• Begin by applying your SeneGence Natural concealer around the outer edge of your lips. This will set the stage for the drama…
• Dark Nude is the LipSense LinerSense Lipliner of choice! Line your lips slightly above your lipline. This shade and technique will create a professional contoured look.
• Use Creamy Pink LipSense – When you pull out the wand from your LipSense tube, you will want to remove any excess of the color so as not to deposit to much in the application process.  Kandee broke the “LipSense Application rules” by using a bit of a soft feathery back and forth brush stoke movement to apply the LipSense just slightly into the Lip linersense line.
• Use Creme Puff LipSense – Follow the directions above on wiping off ANY access on the applicator extremely well prior to touching your Tap applicator lightly on the “Highlight” area of your bottom lip which is located right in the center and do the same process on the top lip “Cupid Bow” area.
• Finish off with Champagne Ice Diamond LipSense – Kandee applied the color on the bottom “Highlight Area” and extending slightly, lightly beyond and on the top in the “Cupid Bow” area.

Kandee LOVES SeneGence Glossy Gloss which is applied first and then she applied Diamond Pearl gloss to add dimension.

This is an absolutely Stunning, Show Stopping, LipSense combination that is certain endure many kisses and compliments all while sipping Champagne and dancing the night away.

Today, I was preparing to reveal yet another LipSense Beauty Secret shared by Kandee…WHEN all of a sudden, I found myself giggling while reviewing my notes from the event. THIS GIRL, Kandee is really FUNNY!  I must share some of them with you.
