How to remove LipSense from Clothes (and Lips)

LipSense Long Lasting LipStickYesterday, My Client contacted me via email desperate to remove LipSense from a Cotton jacket that she had accidently gotten the LONG LASTING LIPCOLOR on…You know Semi Permanant Lipstick. YIKES!

I called SeneGence immediately and pleaded for a solution. Here is what I was told.

OXI CLEAN (funny thing is that the Spray Bottle of Oxi Clean is a staple in my house in many different locations.)
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
(that’s a new one on me and I will keep it for future reference)

On to your Lips!
I remove my LipSense everynight after I brush my teeth. I take my toothbrush lightly over my lips (great for speeded exfoiliation) and then take a wash cloth lightly over my lips. If in fact I have any LipSense residue left I use my oops remover. I keep my oops remover in 3 locations. Oops remover is on my vanity in case I make a mistake applying my LipSense. It is also in my “ON THE GO COSMETIC BAG” in case I need to re-apply and want it to look picture perfect. Obviously, I keep one right next to my toothbrush for nighttime use. I am all about convenience.
Many of my customers use FOOPS facial cosmetic remover to remove at night. This works very well and I should probably change to that process although I am also a creature of habit.
Another option is glycerin soap. This works perfectly although if you are prone to being dry….DO NOT USE GLYCERIN on your face.
I welcome any other suggestions and hope this helps for now.
HOW WILD!!! Think about the idea of removing Lipstick when in the beginning ALL I wanted was one the would last more than an hour.
